Traction Control

All-speed Traction Control and 17-inch wheels work together to offer impressive ride and control. This system utilizes wheel-speed sensors that automatically detect wheel slippage to help limit wheel spin (and enhance control) on slippery surfaces. Standard on extended wheelbase models and available on regular wheelbase.

Driver and Right-Front Passenger Side-Impact Air Bags

Driver and right-front passenger seat-mounted, side-impact air bags are designed to help reduce the risk of injury in certain side impacts. Standard in LT models.(1)

: Passenger Sensing System; The system automatically switches the right-front passenger air bag on or off based on the weight of the passenger and the amount of pressure on the seat. Standard in all models.(1)

Second-Row Outboard Side-Impact Air Bags

For added safety, Uplander offers second-row outboard seat-mounted side-impact air bags, which help protect second-row outboard passengers in the event of a side impact. Standard and available exclusively in 2LT model and 3LT Entertainer model (not available when the Sit-N-Lift™ power seat is ordered).(1)

With Advanced Automatic Crash Notification (AACN), an OnStar Advisor will attempt to contact you, inquiring whether or not you need assistance. If you’re unable to answer, the Advisor will contact a nearby emergency services provider who will dispatch help to your determined location.

Hood Protector: Custom-designed to follow the contour of the hood, this accessory helps protect the leading painted edge of Uplander's hood from stone damage, as well as deflect minor road debris and insects from the vehicle.


Rear Bumper Protector: Easy-to-install, it helps protect Uplander's rear bumper from getting scratched — and does not hamper access to the cargo area.


Side-Window Weather Deflectors: This custom-molded, dual-function vent and visor accessory lets fresh air in and helps keep rain, sleet and snow out.


Splash Guards: Easy-to-install splash guards feature contoured surfaces that help protect Uplander from mud and gravel.


Bicycle Carrier: The hitch-mounted carrier holds up to four bicycles and easily fits on Uplander's hitch. A hand-operated, tilt-down lever offers easy access to the cargo area without removing the carrier. (Requires available hitch and hitch-mounted license plate holder.) Cargo and load capacity are limited by weight and distribution.


Trailer Hitch: The structural welded-steel hitch package features a two-inch standard receiver that fits most ball-mount assemblies and includes a wiring harness.

Cargo Area Organizer: The organizer acts as an adjustable divider system that offers the flexibility to accommodate various-size items. Made of high-grade, skid-resistant thermal plastic, it's specifically molded to help protect the rear cargo area from spills.


Cargo Area Tray: The custom-molded, heavy-duty tray includes a nonskid surface designed to fit the exact dimensions of Uplander. It features a raised outer "lip" that helps keep lightweight cargo secure.


Floor Mats: The front floor mats feature a custom, deep-pattern grid designed to collect rain, mud, snow, and other debris. The nibs on the back of the mats help hold them in place and conform to the floor.
